Business Growth Associate

Keka HR is a dynamic and innovative organization seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Associate to drive top-line revenue growth. This role requires establishing relationships with potential customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs, and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential prospects through targeted outreach initiatives.
- Present our company's products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospect needs and preferences.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to set up meetings and calls with prospective customers.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales performance and results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales development or similar role in the US.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, including social outreach and lead generation.
- A proven track record of achieving sales quotas and targets.
- Experience working with a CRM system (such as HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and conversations.
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
