About the Role

As a Sales Team Lead - Data Mining and Lead Gen, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals who generate new business leads and opportunities through research and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals who generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of secondary research, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data.
  • Build and maintain databases of companies, including key details such as Name, Address, Email, and other relevant information.
  • Perform data mining using various portals and databases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of minimum of 8+ years in lead generation, web research, and outreach through email campaigns.
  • Strong working knowledge of various databases like Jigsaw, Hoovers, LinkedIn, Spoke, Lead411, ZoomInfo, and others.
  • Good Experience of handling US Clients.
  • Expertise in email harvesting and bulk email verification tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication, outreach, and time management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
