Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Inside Sales to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals, focusing on subscription sales across B2B platforms and SaaS solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of inside sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Design and execute sales plans to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing inside sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per annum
