State Head of Sales Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled State Head to lead our sales efforts in the North Region. This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
Job SummaryThe State Head will be responsible for spearheading the selling and leading credit card distribution by Offline Field Sales channel. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, analyzing sales data and market insights, and implementing corrective measures to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to FOS sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to drive credit card sales growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Analyze sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Revenue Generation and Target Achievement:
- Set ambitious sales targets and revenue goals for field sales teams, and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective measures as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue generation and customer lifetime value.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, BTL activities preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on credit card sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to credit card sales.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
