Enterprise Sales Head

At Cyfuture, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Head to lead our IT sales team in driving business growth and expansion.
Estimated Salary: ₹250,000 - ₹500,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth and team development through strategic leadership, business development strategy, and execution. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business development strategies and plans for short and long-term growth.
- Steering the organization through early opportunity identification, account engagement, project level engagement, and execution.
- Managing company sales targets, growth in profits, and expansion of markets revenue generation from the Enterprise Sales vertical.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a cohesive, productive team, leveraging individual skills and collective talents for making winning proposals and associated business development efforts.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Sales Enterprise Vertical dealing with IT solutions comprising software, hardware, networking, security, cloud, and data center.
- Technical understanding of technology, IT products, cloud, data center, SI, web hosting, and cloud migrations.
- Proven hands-on experience on any cloud platform GCP, AWS, AZURE, IBM, ORACLE.
- Excellent team handling and mentoring skills.
