Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the enterprise vertical. This is a challenging role that requires a strong background in IT sales, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and team development through the creation of an enterprise strategy, sales management, and strategic leadership. They will also develop and execute business development strategies and plans both short and long term.

This role involves steering the organization through early opportunity identification and management, account and partnership engagement, project-level engagement and execution. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in growing profitable enterprise engagements and revenue base.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a modern office in Noida, medical insurance, and an employee-friendly compensation structure.
