Job Summary

The Sales and Business Development Director will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with expertise in Salesforce and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in technology or business applications
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 50% year-over-year revenue growth
  • Expertise in Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and enterprise customers
