Sales Director for Business Lending

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our inside sales team in acquiring new clients, growing market share, and meeting sales targets for our unsecured business loan products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling high-performing sales teams and driving results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the inside sales team, setting clear targets, KPIs, and expectations to drive team performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the unsecured business loan vertical, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth targets.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to ensure the team is equipped with the right tools, product knowledge, and sales techniques to succeed.
- Monitor, measure, and optimize sales team performance using key metrics and analytics.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 7+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling a high-performing inside sales team, managing performance, and driving results.
- Strong experience in developing and executing sales strategies, setting KPIs, and achieving business objectives.
