  • Monitor and optimize sales team performance using key metrics and analytics, regularly reviewing team progress and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on lead generation strategies, product offerings, and customer experience.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making and business growth.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling a high-performing inside sales team, managing performance, and driving results.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing sales strategies, setting KPIs, and achieving business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of unsecured business loans, lending products, and financial solutions for SMEs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales analytics, and performance tracking software.
