- Empower your team to establish lasting relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and promote additional financial services.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards during loan applications.
- Offer continuous learning opportunities for team members to hone their skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry developments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine your sales approach.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to maintain streamlined operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Supply timely and informative sales reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and potential.
Requirements:
">- Significant experience in business loan sales.
- Strong leadership and mentorship qualities.
- In-depth understanding of commercial lending products.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tactical mindset with solid analytical abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant financial software.
- Finance-related degree (MBA beneficial).
- At least 3-5 years' experience in business loan sales, including a minimum of one year in a leadership capacity.
- Prior experience with MSME finance is desirable.
Compensation Package:
">- An estimated salary of $90,000 - $140,000 per annum, contingent upon performance.
