Job Title: Director of Business Expansion

About Us: Madrid Software Trainings is a leading provider of software training solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Director of Business Expansion to join our team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our business expansion efforts. As a Director of Business Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and enhance our market presence.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Business Plans: Create and implement comprehensive business plans to identify opportunities and align with company growth objectives.
  • Manage Sales Cycles: Handle the complete sales process from requirement gathering to project initiation and payment follow-ups.
  • Client Management & Growth: Expand the client base, manage relationships, and ensure satisfaction, timely collections, and zero outstanding balances.
  • Business Intelligence: Analyze opportunities, provide data-driven solutions, and ensure actionable insights are derived from raw data.
  • Revenue Generation & Collection: Drive revenue and ensure timely payment collections, working closely with finance.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of experience in business development or sales.
    • Experience with SAP Business One, S4 HANA ERP.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
    • Proven track record in revenue generation and client expansion.
