We provide a modular multi-modal classroom model of learning that works across multiple classrooms - Online, Onsite, On-Job, and Virtual to deliver a seamless learning experience to the learner. With an exclusive partnership with 40 of India's largest Universities across 16 Indian states, we train 3.5 Lakh students on our platform through 9 Indian languages, work with 4500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives, and manage over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.
Job DescriptionThe Director of Sales Expansion will be responsible for driving student admissions through strategic planning, market research, and identifying new business opportunities. This includes developing effective communication skills, training the sales team regularly, and enhancing team productivity to achieve targets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and expansion.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, focusing on individual and team development.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, affiliates, and channel partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and improve franchise profitability and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience handling and scaling tele-sales teams.
- Industry experience in Edtech, Telecom, or BFSI is preferred.
- An MBA in Sales/Marketing from a reputable institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team management, relationship-building, and conflict resolution abilities.
We offer a competitive salary of Rs. 1,500,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a base salary, you will also receive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
