We are a dynamic sales team looking for a motivated and results-driven Expansion Sales Professional to join us.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating leads for our business. As an Expansion Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base and achieving sales targets by effectively communicating our products and services to new prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services/products and discussing their needs.
- Engagement: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company's offerings and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads through strategic questioning to assess their interest and ability to purchase.
- Clients Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in our CRM system.
- Follow-up: Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with qualified leads, ensuring continuous engagement.
- Achieve KPIs: Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets such as call volume, lead conversion rate, and sales appointments set.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Goal-oriented: Be goal-oriented with a passion for sales and lead generation.
- Education: Graduation in any specific field is preferred.
- Competitive Salary: The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,50,000 - ₹2,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
