We are seeking an ambitious Sales Professional to join our sales team, focusing on managing sales inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads through multiple channels, utilizing expertise in Zoho CRM and lead generation techniques.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with contacts, understand their requirements, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Sales Process Management: Handle incoming calls and emails, assign leads to appropriate sales representatives, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Zoho CRM Management: Utilize Zoho CRM and related tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and monitor sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align goals and develop lead generation strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports using Zoho tools to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Salary and Benefits:
