About the Role: As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads for business expansion in the Maharashtra region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our business presence in the region.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the construction industry.
  • Conduct market research to gather intelligence on industry trends and competitors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to complete the sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute proposals, presentations, and sales offerings to win new business.

Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and marketing. You should have a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Strong network of clients and partners in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically.
