Strategic Business Expansion Manager

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Expansion Manager to join our team at RC Project Consultancy (RCPC).
About the Role: As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads for business expansion in the Maharashtra region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our business presence in the region.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the construction industry.
- Conduct market research to gather intelligence on industry trends and competitors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and sales efforts.
- Collaborate with our technical team to complete the sales cycle.
- Develop and execute proposals, presentations, and sales offerings to win new business.
Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and marketing. You should have a proven track record of success in business development and a deep understanding of the construction industry.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong network of clients and partners in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and strategically.
