About the Position: As a Business Development Manager at Investoxpert Advisors Private Limited, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion of our real estate business. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing effective business development strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Develop Effective Business Development Strategies: Create and implement plans to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
- Generate Leads: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
- Pitch and Present Our Real Estate Offerings: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate services to potential clients.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction and Retention: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and retain their business.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,200,000 per annum based on industry standards.
