Director of Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to spearhead our growth initiatives in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) sector. As an Associate Director, you will drive revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and secure long-term client relationships.
About the Role- Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share in the ITAD industry.
- Establish and maintain a robust network of potential clients and partners within the IT sector.
- Drive IT asset acquisition and sales efforts by identifying key clients for sourcing decommissioned assets and offering end-to-end ITAD services.
- Spearhead sourcing and sales activities for ITAD, ensuring cost-effective procurement, efficient processes, and strategic growth aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to meet business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure smooth operations, repeat business, and long-term success.
- Monitor market trends, compliance requirements, and industry developments specific to ITAD to capitalize on emerging opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in IT sales, ITAD, or business development at a senior level, with a strong track record of driving growth and managing teams.
- Established network within the IT sector, including relationships with IT companies and key stakeholders, with demonstrated success in deal-making and partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of IT asset disposition processes, including data security, compliance standards, and environmental considerations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to lead complex discussions and close deals effectively.
A highly competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
