Business Development Director - IT Recruitment

About the Job:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with domestic and offshore clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with our team to understand the needs of IT clients and develop targeted solutions.
  • Process and nurture top leads to generate interest in our services and offerings.
  • Utilize best-in-class tools and technologies to continuously improve business development productivity and performance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales-IT staffing.
  • Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation with ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience in working with offshore clients and understanding of cultural differences.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with staffing solutions and recruitment processes.
