Female Business Development Director

We are currently seeking a dynamic Female Business Development Director to lead our business growth efforts at Natural City Gas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to stay ahead of the curve.
- Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to management.
- Ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
