Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our sales team in the designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective strategies, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure the success of the sales team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of competitors.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Set clear sales targets for the area and monitor individual and team performance regularly.
- Generate detailed sales reports highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
