Key Responsibilities
  • BizOps with Partners: Track and manage GTM initiatives, regular cadence, and deliverables, meeting setup with C-Level executives, BU Heads, and Practice Leads, pipeline management, deal registration, and interface with Partner Alliances Leads on operational matters.
  • C RM & PRM: Track and manage deal registrations, opportunity tracking, funnel reporting, and ensure CRM/PRM alignment.
  • Partner Registration: Support GSI partners with registration, onboard new partners, create GSI entities in CRM/PRM, and provide necessary documentation.
  • Marketing: Regularly update the company website, partner portal updates, marketing initiatives with GSI and Corp Marketing Team, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Contract Agreements: Ensure closure of contracts agreements with all GSI partners, follow up with internal stakeholders (legal, CCT etc) and external parties.
  • Partner Program Support: Enable GAD and EA with their initiatives, provide access to HCL assets, maintain role-based access, and ensure seamless partner experience.
  • Documentation & Data Management: Develop program policy and process documents, crunch data from various sources, document KPIs for GSI Account Directors, track pipeline forecasting, and sales ops support.
Skill Set Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 8-15 years of program/Biz Ops management experience
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Excel sheet, including formulas, macros, mail merge, presentation creation, graph design, and dictation speed.
  • Behavioral Traits: Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate messages, and create ppt presentations within short durations.
  • Location Flexibility: Flexible between Bangalore and NCR locations.

We estimate an annual salary of approximately ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 (INR), depending on qualifications and experience.
