Salary Range:The estimated salary for this position is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to join our team and help expand our client base. The ideal candidate should be confident in establishing new client relationships and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the target markets, focusing on decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Data Management: Maintain and update lead information in the HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest for our IT services and solutions.
- Communication: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our services as effective solutions to their business challenges.
- Follow-up: Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, providing additional information and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals and strategies.
- Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and pipeline progress.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in the IT services industry.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly.
- A good understanding of requirements gathering, meeting scheduling, email drafting.
- Communication: The candidate must possess strong English communication skills for interacting with international clients regularly.
- Data Management: Proficiency in CRM systems and data management, with a keen eye for detail and regular follow-ups.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
