About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to join our team and help expand our client base. The ideal candidate should be confident in establishing new client relationships and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients in the target markets, focusing on decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update lead information in the HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate interest for our IT services and solutions.
  • Communication: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our services as effective solutions to their business challenges.
  • Follow-up: Nurture leads through regular follow-ups, providing additional information and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals and strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in the IT services industry.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly.
  • A good understanding of requirements gathering, meeting scheduling, email drafting.
  • Communication: The candidate must possess strong English communication skills for interacting with international clients regularly.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in CRM systems and data management, with a keen eye for detail and regular follow-ups.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
