Sales Expansion Strategist

Attero, a pioneer in metal extraction and e-waste recycling recognized by NASA, seeks an Associate Director of Sales to drive business growth in the e-waste industry.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

About the RoleAs our Sales Expansion Strategist - E-Waste Industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue while focusing on increasing the market share in the e-waste industry.
- Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance business opportunities and foster growth.
- Lead sourcing activities to secure cost-effective and efficient supplies for Attero Recycling's e-waste business.
- Build and manage a high-performing team by providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Create a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners, to drive business growth and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities, mitigate risks, and stay ahead in the e-waste recycling market.
- Set and achieve Sourcing targets & goals and performance metrics while aligning strategies with company objectives.
- Implement best practices for feedstock sourcing, ethical business practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements within the e-waste recycling industry for overall business success and reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively, with an innovative approach to structuring deals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of any language other than Hindi or English will be an added advantage.
