About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Growth Strategist/Sales and Business Development Executive to drive business expansion and build impactful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives, focusing on effective lead generation and follow-ups.
- Establish relationships with new clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth through market research and competitive analysis.
- Manage the sales cycle efficiently using CRM tools, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams for seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Salary Range: ₹12-15 lakhs per annum (estimated), commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Real Estate or related fields.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A goal-oriented individual with a passion for business development, possessing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
