Director of Government Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Director of Government Business Development to lead our sales efforts in the government sector in Noida.
About the Role:- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and leadership, ensuring achievement of company sales targets and market expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base in the government vertical.
- Mentor and train sales teams for effective market penetration and revenue generation.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales strategies and drive results.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and data centers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
