Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Government Sales Professional who can drive sales growth through strategic leadership and management. The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue generation from government sales vertical, ensuring achievement of company sales targets, and expanding markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through creation of a government strategy, sales management, and strategic leadership.
  • Ensure achievement of company sales targets, growth in profits, and expansion of markets.
  • Responsible for revenue generation from Government Sales vertical.
  • Competitively engage with all business touch points, including powerful strategic Government departments, agencies, and large business aggregators.
  • Apply both strategic go-to-market models and more tactical approaches aimed at growing profitable Government engagements and revenue base.
  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
  • Interact with functional heads of client companies to understand their business processes and complexities for mapping appropriate IT solutions.
  • Responsible for end-to-end sales in Government domain.
  • Mentor, design sales training, and incentive programs. Manage sales teams for effective market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Coordinate, lead, motivate, and mobilize sales, pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Develop client relationships to explore further areas and possibilities of engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales - Leadership role in Software, SAAS, Cloud Computing, or Hosting services.
  • Must have IT Sales experience in Government Vertical.
  • In-depth sales knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Data Center, SI, Web Hosting.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12,50,000 - ₹20,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
