About the Role

Cyfuture is seeking a Head of Enterprise Sales and Strategy to drive sales growth and team development in the enterprise vertical. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in IT sales, leadership, and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an enterprise strategy, managing sales teams, and developing business development plans. They will also identify and manage early opportunities, engage with clients and partners, and execute projects.

This role involves mentoring and designing sales training and incentive programs, managing sales teams for effective market penetration and revenue generation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a modern office in Noida, medical insurance, and an employee-friendly compensation structure.
