We are seeking an accomplished Global Enterprise Sales Director to lead our enterprise sales team, drive revenue growth, and build lasting relationships with key enterprise clients. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of enterprise sales strategy, from pipeline development to closing large-scale deals with high-value clients across diverse industries.

The Global Enterprise Sales Director will play a critical role in the development and execution of our sales strategy, working closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing enterprise sales team, fostering a results-driven, customer-focused culture, and developing a comprehensive sales strategy targeting large enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities also include:

  • Overseeing the entire sales cycle for large accounts, including prospecting, relationship building, presentations, negotiations, and closing;
  • Establishing and maintaining a sales methodology that aligns with business goals and ensures consistency across the team;
  • Creating and monitoring KPIs to assess team performance, provide coaching, and implement improvements;
  • Driving revenue growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets across the enterprise sales division;
  • Developing forecasts, sales quotas, and metrics to ensure team alignment with business objectives;
  • Identifying key opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing enterprise clients;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target enterprise accounts;
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to drive customer-centric strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success;
  • Collaborating with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and customer experience;

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an enterprise SaaS, Staffing, Edtech, technology, or B2B sales environment. They will have a proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth and building successful sales teams. Additionally, they will have deep experience in enterprise sales strategies, sales cycles, and relationship management.

Estimated annual salary: ₹18,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 depending on location (Noida & Bangalore) and experience.
