The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives, with strong business acumen and analytics skills to drive business strategy and decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a product strategy aligned to our procurement business plan to ensure all sales revenue and income targets from key contracts.
- Engage with consultants to understand product requirements and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote our preferred product range at every opportunity.
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to optimize SOR earnings.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years in a senior management team leader role within an international business.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and developing effective relationships with suppliers.
- Strong understanding of the TMC travel environment and/or background in the travel industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of identifying travel sales trends and experience in fare/rate optimization to drive margin.
