About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Global Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company and make a meaningful impact on the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners
- Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and product offerings
- Manage and motivate nationwide sales teams to deliver outstanding results
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the material handling segment
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market share
- Strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, and result-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under business pressure

- Education in engineering or a relevant field

- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other productivity software
