Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head Inside Sales to lead our sales team. In this role, you will focus on subscription sales across B2B platforms and SaaS solutions, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of inside sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Design and execute sales plans to maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in managing inside sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum
