Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our Inside Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting calls, sending emails and connecting via social media to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and opportunities.
- Sales Calls: Conduct regular sales calls with prospects to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
- Email Marketing: Create and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Social Media Engagement: Leverage social media platforms to connect with potential customers and build brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
