Customer Success Team Lead

At MyOperator, we are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Team Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a growing B2B SaaS organization, where you will be responsible for driving customer success and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the daily activities of Account Managers.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to the Account Management team to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a similar profile.
  • Proven track record of managing performance and profitability.
  • Exceptional account management and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
