Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Team Lead to join our team at MyOperator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing customer success teams, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer success managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop plans to address any issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure their continued success and satisfaction with MyOperator's products and services.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Develop and manage customer success metrics and reporting to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
