Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Associate to join our team at Hotelogix India Private Limited. As an Enterprise Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise and medium-sized companies.


About the Role


This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, and the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities



  • Pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and medium-sized companies through outbound calls and email outreach
  • Qualify leads and allocate them to the sales team for further follow-up
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Knowledge of hotel technology and operations is a plus
