About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate - Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional to ensure our company adheres to international regulatory standards and frameworks, as well as in-house policies.

As a GRC Associate, you will be responsible for managing and enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business, assessing our company's risk posture, and driving continuous improvement.

This is a non-remote position requiring frequent in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain information security and compliance standards.
  • Implement information security policies and procedures for the organization, adhering to all applicable compliance programs.
  • Establish and document policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and IT security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on audit controls implementation, managing vulnerability tickets, incidents, disaster recovery reports, and HR compliance.
  • Work with various cybersecurity and privacy frameworks, including SOC2, GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and others.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience with international regulatory standards, frameworks, and internal policies.
  • Solid technical background with a Bachelor of Technology in computer science and related fields.
  • Ability to interpret and convey technical information through written and oral communications to all levels of technical aptitude.
  • Self-motivation, capable of taking initiative, and driving projects forward independently.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality, adhering to company policies and best practices.
  • Strong internal drive and motivation for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
