About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), with expertise in internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, SOX 404 & Clause 49 assistance, and payment application.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a portfolio of business by focusing on high-impact opportunities and driving the business development process on new and existing client engagements.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling to current clients and introduce colleagues from other service lines.
  • Work with high-growth clients across various industries, including construction, real estate, IT/ITeS, telecom, services, manufacturing, retail, and consumer products.
  • Plan and schedule client engagements, deploy the right team with adequate skill sets, and review compliance with internal quality and risk management guidelines.
  • Review and package project findings into clear, concise, and high-quality work products and lead presentations at Audit Committee meetings.
  • Demonstrate subject-matter and industry expertise, utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, and share knowledge with team members.
  • Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for team members and contribute to the learning and development agenda and knowledge harnessing initiatives.
  • Drive campus recruitment initiatives and manage performance and appraisal of direct reports, including training and developing necessary skill sets.

Requirements

  • A minimum of {salary} per annum based on qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Strong knowledge of processes and compliance, including TDS and GST.
  • Experience in managing internal audit/SOX engagements or expertise in driving Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes, along with experience in risk management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
