Vandana Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategist to lead the Iron Business sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy for our Iron Business.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Steel or metals industry, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify target markets, analyse customer needs, and create effective sales campaigns to promote our Iron products.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales managers, account executives, and representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners to stay informed about their needs and preferences.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated with latest trends and changes, identifying new opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and partnerships that benefit the company.
  • Analytical skills to analyse data and identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
