**Sales & Marketing Head -** Job Description We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in Real Estate sales and marketing leadership. As the head of Marketing and Sales you would be expected to spearhead strategic initiatives to lead the project sales and marketing activities and drive revenue growth (sales).

In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing and sales such as forecast, planning, monitoring and executing all dimensions of the

Sales and Marketing activities such as: Budgeting, Lead Generation, Driving qualified leads to site visit, conducting overlooking and coordinating customer site visit and driving customers towards closure. You will also be expected to utilise your past channel partner (brokers), HNI clients and Investors contacts to drive sales. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring all sales and marketing task across all networks.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**1. Strategic Planning & Leadership: -**

Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies aligned with project objectives - Lead a dynamic sales team, fostering a collaborative culture that exceeds performance targets.

**2. Sales Performance Optimization: -** Set and monitor ambitious sales targets, implementing data-driven strategies for continuous improvement. - Implement effective sales training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure top performance.

**3. Market Analysis & Insights**: - Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. - Utilize data analytics to derive actionable insights, staying ahead of industry dynamics.

**4. Marketing Campaign Excellence: -** Oversee the conception and execution of all activities ensuring maximum reach & impact. - Harness digital and traditional channels, including social media, to optimize brand visibility.

**5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): -** Manage CRM systems for streamlined customer interactions, lead tracking, and relationship enhancement. - Initiate customer-focused initiatives to drive loyalty and satisfaction.

**6. Negotiation & Deal Closure: -** Provide strategic guidance on negotiations and actively participate in key deals when required. - Foster effective communication channels between clients and the sales team.

**7. Financial Acumen & Budgeting: -** Develop and manage budgets for marketing and sales activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation. - Monitor expenses and ROI, driving financial efficiency.

**8. Stakeholder Collaboration: -** Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to foster seamless collaboration. - Collaborate with real estate agents, legal, finance, and property development teams for project success.

**9. Reporting & Analysis: -** Regularly analyze and report on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market trends. - Present actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.

**10. Compliance & Ethical Standards**: - Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards, maintaining a culture of professionalism and integrity.

**Minimum 5 Year Experience** as Senior Sale and Marketing Head leading a project or the department - With a proven track record of success in sales roles within the real estate industry.

**Strong Analytical and Communication Skills**:Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for interpreting market trends, collaborating with stakeholders, and effectively leading a sales team.

**Technical Skills**: CRM Sales and Marketing Tools, Excel, Power Point Presentation and Business Skills and Knowledge.

**In-depth knowledge** of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

**Experience Minimum 7** Years Experience in Real Estate Industry worked with developers or builders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,084.89 - ₹50,000.00 per month
