- Be the first point of contact for customers to help them make the right choice of product as per their requirement.
- Help customers make the best use out of their products by showing them a demo of what their product can do.
- Be abreast with all products, services and their specifications.
- Be part of a continuous learning process to keep your knowledge up to date.
- Understand the retail sales process and the various compliances that need to be adhered to.
- Provide outstanding service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Be target oriented
