IT Presales Strategist

We are currently seeking an experienced Bid Management Expert to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT presales, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work on RFPs, tender documents, concept notes, presentations, and system studies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Business Development team to develop winning bid strategies, creating engaging presentations, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals that meet 100% compliance standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, provide support to cross-functional teams when needed, and conduct internal sessions on best practices.

1. Develop winning bid strategies and create compelling proposals that meet client requirements.
2. Conceptualize solutions and represent them through engaging presentations.
3. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals that meet 100% compliance standards.
4. Define and implement achievable bid plans, including schedule, resource, and budget requirements.
5. Interface with internal teams, SMEs, and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids.
6. Represent clients and demonstrate products/solutions.
7. Analyze bid pricing competitiveness and provide benchmarking data.
8. Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

• Proven experience as an IT presales professional or in a similar role.
• Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels, including C-level executives.
• In-depth knowledge of proposal writing and bid management.
• Proficiency in using presentation tools and software.
• Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively.
• Strong business acumen to connect technical solutions with customer value and ROI.
