About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding business with Enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new Enterprise customers by building strong relationships and understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Expand existing customer relationships by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver products and services to customers.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Meet sales targets and account metrics while following internal processes.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in corporate sales or account management role, with at least 5 years in a similar industry.
  • Any graduation (MBA preferred).
  • Negotiation skills, analytical skills, communication skills, dealing ambiguity, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in cloud and SaaS selling is preferable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • New account acquisition experience.
  • Corporate sales background in B2B sales, Enterprise sales.
  • Experience in Telecom, IT, ITES, SAAS, or SI Industry.
