About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding business with Enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Enterprise customers by building strong relationships and understanding their needs and requirements.
- Expand existing customer relationships by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver products and services to customers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Meet sales targets and account metrics while following internal processes.
Requirements:
- 7-12 years of experience in corporate sales or account management role, with at least 5 years in a similar industry.
- Any graduation (MBA preferred).
- Negotiation skills, analytical skills, communication skills, dealing ambiguity, and leadership skills.
- Experience in cloud and SaaS selling is preferable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- New account acquisition experience.
- Corporate sales background in B2B sales, Enterprise sales.
- Experience in Telecom, IT, ITES, SAAS, or SI Industry.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
