Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through sales and relationship building. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Identify, engage, and nurture leads while building lasting relationships with clients across diverse industries.
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase our suite of cloud communication products and services, demonstrating how they address clients' unique challenges and needs.
  • Sales & Contract Negotiation: Drive the sales process by negotiating contracts and closing deals with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth and revenue objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales within the CPaaS industry or a similar technology sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
