Enterprise Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to join our team at PeopleStrong. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. Your expertise in SaaS sales and management will be essential in helping us achieve our business objectives.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing a strategic sales plan that drives demand generation, prospecting, and contract execution. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-sized businesses. Additionally, you will oversee payroll processing for 10,000-12,000 employees, including full and final settlements, maker-checker responsibilities, taxation validation, and TDS return preparation. Furthermore, you will validate PF, ESIC, professional tax, and labor welfare fund within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
