Ranx is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our strategic partnerships with large enterprises.

The successful candidate will own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals. With a focus on securing high-value enterprise clients, this role requires strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining deep relationships with key decision-makers in target enterprises

• Identifying opportunities for enterprise clients in specific sectors, understanding industry trends and ensuring the best possible client-product fit

• Conducting ongoing market research to identify new enterprise sales opportunities and stay informed about the evolving business landscape

• Developing tailored proposals that clearly define fitment, return on investment, and value for prospective clients

• Leveraging a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and pain points, positioning Ranx's offerings as critical tools to address their business challenges

• Tracking and reporting on key enterprise sales metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer engagement strategies
