Territory Business Development Manager

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at AAA Pharma. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive sales growth and expansion within the designated territory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts, particularly within the Corporate Hospitals segment, to drive sales and establish long-term business partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and doctors, ensuring strong goodwill for the company.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business opportunities within the assigned region, targeting both new and existing customers.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, particularly Critical Care Injections or Higher Antibiotic Injections.
- Experience managing key accounts within the Corporate Hospitals sector and a strong network within the pharmaceutical industry.
**Salary and Benefits:**
An estimated salary of $100,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus structure and ongoing training and development opportunities.
