Job Description:

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets to support profitable business growth in the designated territory for pharmaceutical products. This involves developing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, particularly within the Corporate Hospitals segment, to drive sales and establish long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and doctors, ensuring strong goodwill for AAA Pharma and effective collaboration in business development activities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business opportunities within the assigned region, targeting both new and existing customers.
  • Monitor competitor activity in the market, assess its impact on customers, and provide regular market intelligence to senior management.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to plan and execute promotional activities, events, and seminars that enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
  • Manage the daily sales process, ensuring timely reporting and accurate tracking of performance against targets.
  • Lead and coach a sales team (if applicable), focusing on maximizing sales and ensuring high performance in line with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, particularly Critical Care Injections or Higher Antibiotic Injections.
  • Experience managing key accounts within the Corporate Hospitals sector and a strong network within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other reporting tools.
  • A professional appearance and strong business acumen, with a focus on creating mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with a proactive approach to business development.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
