Sales and Marketing Specialist

Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets to support profitable business growth in the designated territory for pharmaceutical products. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business opportunities within the assigned region, targeting both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and doctors, ensuring strong goodwill for the company and effective collaboration in business development activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activity in the market and assess its impact on customers, providing regular market intelligence to senior management.
- Work closely with senior leadership to plan and execute promotional activities, events, and seminars that enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical products, particularly Critical Care Injections or Higher Antibiotic Injections.
- Experience managing key accounts within the Corporate Hospitals sector and a strong network within the pharmaceutical industry.
Estimated salary: $130,000 per annum. Benefits include medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
