Territory Sales Representative

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative - Pharmaceutical Products at AAA Pharma. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales and revenue targets to support profitable business growth in the designated territory.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and coach a sales team (if applicable), focusing on maximizing sales and ensuring high performance in line with company objectives.
- Understand and address the needs of stockists and distributors, organizing strategies and initiatives to optimize product availability and distribution.
- Monitor competitor activity in the market, assess its impact on customers, and provide regular market intelligence to senior management.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, particularly Critical Care Injections or Higher Antibiotic Injections.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Estimated salary: $140,000 per annum. Benefits include medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
