About the Role
  • Mapped all outlets dealing in Eastman's products in the designated territory.
  • Executed timely ground-level brand and marketing campaigns at the territory level, ensuring on-brand and on-cost execution.
  • Monitored and tracked competitor activity in the area, including trade offers, schemes, consumer promotions, price changes, etc.
  • Ensured execution hygiene for routine audits and developed local vendors for campaign execution.
  • Organized periodic trade meets as required by regional sales and maintained track of marketing inventory and assets at the territory level.
  • Prepared execution reports for periodic review and identified opportunities for enhancing brand visibility locally.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in trade marketing, BTL marketing activation, road shows, exhibitions, and events, preferably in the power industry.
  • Experience in Inverter, battery, ER Battery, and Li-Ion Battery is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and growing innovative products with a deep understanding of product management best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
